Under Turkey's Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 ("KVKK"), the data controller for personal data processed on this site is Zeynep Aslı Erhan. You can reach out with questions at zeynepaslierhan@gmail.com.
Personal Data Collected
Data is only collected when you fill out the contact form: your name, email address, an optional subject line, and your message. This information is stored on Supabase and used solely to respond to you.
Admin Login
The /admin section is for the site owner only (protected by Supabase Authentication). This login does not process visitors' personal data; it only keeps the site owner's own session information.
Cookies
This site does not use third-party advertising or analytics/tracking cookies. Only two functional cookies are used: (1) one that remembers your language preference, and (2) an authentication cookie for the site owner's admin session. These cookies are not used for marketing, and the ones beyond the admin session can be blocked in your browser settings.
Purpose and Legal Basis
Your personal data is processed under KVKK art. 5/2, for establishing/exercising a right and responding to your request for contact, based on the consent you give by submitting the contact form.
Retention Period
Contact form records are kept for the purpose of responding and reasonable archival, and are deleted without delay upon your deletion request.
Data Transfers
Data is only stored on the hosting infrastructure, Supabase. No personal data is sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
Your Rights
Under KVKK art. 11, you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, request information, request correction or deletion, and object to processing. You can send requests to zeynepaslierhan@gmail.com.
What This Site Does Not Do
This site has no analytics/tracking software, advertising pixels, or email newsletter/marketing tool. This text will be updated if that changes.
